Resolution No. 2008-04
On January 27, 2009, the North Fayette County Municipal Authority adopted Resolution No. 2008-04 which declares the Authority's intention to follow the Right-To-Know Policy for Public Records. The appointed Open Records Officer is Frank Mutnansky, Business Manager.
